Ni Mara Yangu Ya Kwanza! Man Cries Like A Baby For Forgiveness After Judge Makes Harsh Order

A man in the county of Nairobi has begged for mercy from the jury after he was accused of involving himself in a violent activity that resulted to inflicting severe pain in a business man.

 

 

According to report, the Suspect by the name Victor Mwenda Luti dragged Down a business man and went ahead to hit him with a metal rod. The man has now been charged with causing grievous injuries.

 

 

 

The Suspect Victor Mwenda Luti standing before the Kibera Senior Principal magistrate by the name Esther Boke denied the charges.

 

Victor is charged of causing grievous harm to Zacharia Barasa after he found him outside his house in Nairobi' s Spring Valley estate.

 

Report shows that Luti committed the offence along Shanzu Road in Westlands, Nairobi, on the evening of May 22.

 

 

Further information from the police report shows that Luti had parked his official car KCR 498W Double cabin pickup truck outside Barasa' s home before he invaded the victim and the commotion started to rise.

 

On appearance, Barasa defied Luti and endeavored to open his vehicle yet Luti drove off for almost 300 meters hauling him down along the street as Barasa clutched the entryway.

 

 

 

Luti later halted suddenly and picked a piece of metal pole that he purportedly used to hit Barasa who had fallen.

 

Barasa is said to have supported wounds on the head and hands.

 

 

Court examiner Allan Mogere didn' t have a problem with his delivery on bond yet encouraged the court for extreme bond terms.

 

The magistrate freed him on a surety bond of Sh200, 000 and an alternative cash bail of Sh80, 000.

 

The case will be mentioned on June 26.
