UDA Counters Sakaja's Degree Suspicions, Raises Questions Concerning Raila's Degree.
Speaking on one of the interviews, UDA's Secretary General, Veronica Maina, stated that they were waiting for investigative agencies and Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to make a determination on the matter before moulding the way forward, insisting that Sakaja presented his academic papers to the party before being cleared.
The incumbent Nairobi Senator has been under public scrunity as he maintains that he owns a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Team University in Uganda.
"Questions have been asked about the credibility of presidential candidate's qualifications. You have seen a lot of headlines questioning the university that our biggest opponent, Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, qualified from.It is a very big question that needs to be looked at not just one candidate but, every aspirant," she added.
"Roots Party Presidential aspirant George Wajackoyah's exhibited 17 degrees should be double-checked to verify if they are legitimate." Ms.Maina concluded.
