LIVING A POSITIVE LIFE AND ACHIEVING YOUR DESIRES
Positive life refers to daily activities that one can easily fall into in terms of thinking or doing the activities lively aiming at creating a friendly environment within the desires. Having manifested these tasks and on your fingertips promotes day to day life and thereby helping one achieve his/her goals/desires successfully.
1.LEARN TO BE SELF-CALMING
Talk to yourself on ways of looking forward into positive change. Whenever negative states arise and you are forced to move into negative thinking start moving general in your thoughts instead of slowly extending relatively far inward into the negativity. Form a habit of talking to yourself in a soothing and pacifying way, just like talking to your inner child, and say to yourself that it is all about achieving success having known the right part. Focus on feeling of getting relief first and then step by step gather your thoughts into better feeling ones.
2.SCHEME A METHOD OF DOING AWAY WITH NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
Scheming is among the competitive techniques used to calm down the mind and release any hanger to thoughts. It enables the mind be quite and at ease thereby creating distinctions in emotional aura that cause a natural peace and satisfactory level in the mind. Though inhaling and exhaling you feel relaxed if you consciously focus on your breathing. Or you can focus on a specific sound, or try singing backwards in a specific song. You can try this for a span of short period of time every day, and at the end of the day you will find yourself being the type of person who is more at peace as you go about your day. Following this stability of place, positive thoughts will then be easily perceived by your mind.
2.FOCUS ON DESIRES NOT THE PROBLEM YOU WANT TO ERADICATE
Anything you concentrate on keeps growing and gains stability as time goes slow by slow. If you center upon a problem, your way of thinking adds stability towards the unwanted things. The awkward thoughts will be enlarged, and the positive thoughts about successful action will have no room because this are two different conflicts which cannot be solved at once. One cannot stay focused if there is a negative thought that needs to be effectively solved.
You can decide to rivet on something else instead, something that makes you feel well adapted in a minute portion of time and which is completely irrelevant to the problem. And once you practice this, fired solutions can now be welcomed by your inner man because it is no longer dominated by negativity. This shows that, neutralism must be avoided but if you allow neutralism then you have chosen the side of the oppressor.
4.AVOID THOSE PEOPLE OR SITUATIONS THAT EMPTY
For one to stay a positive life, he or she must be aware of people and interactions that he or she allows and participates in. Chose to be in an environment that adds something in your life; the once that have importance or positive results like being hopeful, kind-hearted, instead of filling your soul with hatred, anger- all this have no value in your life but they try to shake your momentum. What you engage or cover yourself with will have a proportional impact on the kind of things you keep on practicing.
5.MASTER AND SOLIDIFY POSITIVITY
If a positive thought is solidified and mastered well, it will naturally stick because its kept active. If a negative though is engaged in full-time work, it will dominate the mind making the positive thought become recessive. If you want to do away with negative thoughts, you must drop the contact so that they become inactive and backslide on their own as you loosen your contact.
When you decide not to fall into a particular action that is full of negativity, you do not allow any kind of uncomfortable thought to have a room, thereby enabling you gain peace, happiness, sense of positivity and desire of achievement.
6.PRACTICE AND BECOME PERFECT BEFORE ACTING AS A TORCH TO THE SOCIETY
When you mention this statement, ‘practice makes perfect’, you’re deliberately true. A constant practice helps one gain stable foundation towards thinking positively. Through practice, one is able to move closer towards rich-feeling thoughts, and able to show interactions with all types of things and people without shaking your vibration sacrifice, because you have already practiced long enough for you be good at staying here. This indicates that you will not get easily brought down by awkward situations happening within you because you are able to see and critically think more clearly from this fresh environment you’re ushered in.
7.THINK CRITICALLY BEFORE REACTING
A successful critical thinker must be able to come up with effective solutions to a given problem and solve the problem in an appropriate manner. This can be done when you recall the past experience which you were unable to tackle effectively. You should not allow rotten world rule what you will be thinking. In addition, you should teach yourself not to react to everything that is taking place around you, instead choose wisely on the main aims you will allow dominate your mind. This also gives a clear information that you will digest in your mind and release the required products to the universe. At the same time, the products you release will magnify and entice much into your life.
8.BE SELF-ACTIVE
Being self-active refers to the ability of an individual train himself or herself how to be a self-guard. One must ensure he or she is a good mind coacher and keenly attentive to the thoughts that he or she wants to eradicate. You can decide to ask yourself, ‘What am I thinking?’ or ‘is this thought satisfying?’. Through practicing this, you can fruitfully hinder network of negative thoughts and enable yourself become aware of them before they mature aiding at detaching and releasing them easily.
9.BE A GOOD THOUGHT SATISFIER
Positive thoughts like manifestation of joy, esteem, gratitude and things that work out will enable your vibration frequency go higher where you will get access to more and more thoughts at a higher level. Joy and esteem are some of the things that you’ll get through life span.
10.AVOID NEUTRALISM ON MATTERS AFFECTING YOU
Unwanted thoughts and their Impacts are products of poor defensiveness, justification, and allowing broken issues widen in your mind. This will move you away from living positively. When you obstruct or push against anything, you add more power to it enabling you move and go beyond your desires. Keep in mind that there is no essence of defending or fixing anything in order to gain what you want. Instead leave the external issues work on their own when your thoughts are on a positive position and attend to the internal issues by giving them first priority.
