Machakos Gubernatorial Aspirant Wavinya Ndeti's Degree Termed "Fake"
The former Member of Parliament for Kathiani Constituency has found herself in trouble lately first being Raila's rally chaos that erupted between her and fellow Azimio la Umoja One Machakos Gubernatorial aspirant Waita Nzioka, that forced H.E Raila Amolo Odinga to cut his speech short.
Just a day after Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka tells Nzioka Waita(Chama cha Uzalendo) to step down for Wavinya Ndeti, there are claims in court filed by Gideon Ngewa and Kisilu Mutisya that Ndeti does not hold a degree recognised in Kenya. The two voters argue that Ndeti acquired a Masters' degree without having a first degree.
The two want Wavinya Ndeti's clearance certificate revoked.
Wavinya who later took to social media platforms posted pictures of her graduation to clear the suspicion.
She has gone ahead and asked the court to dismiss the claims adding that petitioners did not exhaust the internal dispute resolution process of the party before lodging the complaint to IEBC.
The tribunal is set to deliver its ruling on June 18 2022.
