Raila Addresses Claims of Intimidating Supreme Court Judge's

Speaking on media outlets, the Azimio La Umoja One presidential candidate Raila Odinga dismissed reports that threatened Supreme Court Judges by demanding that they declare him president elect.

The former Prime Minister explained that his message was misinterprated "I did not threaten the courts. I informed the public on what are our prayers to the court are," Raila asserted.

Raila was addressing the public while rallying support for ODM's candidate in the Mombasa gubernatorial seat, Abdullswamad Shariff Nassir.

His sentiments attracted chaos, especially from a section of Kenya Kwanza leaders. Garissa Township MP-elect, Aden Duale, called out the former Prime Minister for allegedly declaring himself the president-elect.

The Supreme Court judges led by Chief Justice Martha Karambu Koome are expected to deliver the ruling on the presidential petition by Monday, September 5 2022.
