Philippines: President Duterte Appointed Vice President

The Independent reports that Senator Christopher Bong Go, a former special envoy to President Duterte, will run for the presidency.

President Duterte will run as Vice President and there is a good chance that his daughter will run as President because when the party's representatives were elected, he expressed positive views.

Duterte, 76, was sworn in as president of the Philippines on June 30, 2016. It is a six-year extension.

He recently announced that being Vice President will help him continue to have a hand in national politics.

“Politically that’s the way it is to keep yourself visible. That's what happens when a politician no longer has power. It is a way to continue to live in it so that they will not treat me so badly that I am completing my term. ”

Although he wants to be the Vice President, he wants to stay in power and be the one to give the opinion. He said his term was coming to an end and there was a lot he had not done yet that he wanted to put in line, so that he would be President and his friend would be of no use to him.

Senator Christopher Bong Go wins the election if the milk is oiled because he and President Duterte are closely linked. His daughter also won without a loss.

Duterte is known for his harsh words and punishments. The United Nations has accused him of crimes against humanity in various cases, where he has instructed Hindus to smuggle drugs into his country. Thousands have lost their lives.
