Holly Willoughby has launched a brand new wellness website called Wylde Moon and revealed she was inspired to start her own brand during her stint hosting I'm A Celebrity in 2018.

"When I went to Australia to do ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! ’, I suddenly had three weeks without my children and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t really know what to do with myself," the mum-of-three explains on her new website.

"Australia is the land of alternative therapies, and the town that I was in truly had all kinds of things for all kinds of people.

"Through this wonderful kinesiologist called Josie, I really started to unlock pieces of myself and when I came back to England, I knew that I didn’t want to stop everything I’d learnt."

The This Morning presenter unveiled the solo project on Instagram on Monday morning, after teasing her fans with the promise of an upcoming announcement over the weekend.

Describing the brand as a "beautiful online space where I can share the things I love with you all", the 40-year-old telly star has pledged to add to the site each month, "on the full moon", and revealed plans for a boutique in the future.

Holly divulged that the inspiration for the online project came about during her stint hosting I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! with Declan Donnelly in 2018.She continued, adding: "Now I have things in my own hypothetical toolkit, like meditation and sound baths, that really work for me.

"I truly think it’s all about finding what works for you, whether that’s going for a run, talking to a friend, or drowning yourself in a bottle of wine. But you have to work out what you’re masking and how you’re processing stuff.”

Upon launching the site on Instagram, a number of celebrity friends rushed to praise the TV star on her new spiritual venture.

"Looks exciting!!" media personality Lizzie Cundy commented, while fellow This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes left a clapping-hands emojis as her seal of approval.

Elsewhere in her interview on Wylde Moon Holly confesses to feeling like she still doesn't "fully know" who she is, and expands more on how she's always felt an affinity to the moon - a "trusted constant" in her life.

“I’ve always been fascinated with the moon, space, shooting stars and looking up. On holiday, I spend more time on the sun lounger at night than during the day.

"The moon is always there – like the sun – no matter where you are in the world," the star explains.
