STEP 1: REMOVE THE CASES OF THE CARDAMOM AND TOAST THE BLACK SEEDS ON THE INSIDE.
 
STEP 2: POUND THE SPICES IN A MOTOR AND PESTLE AND SET ASIDE.
 
STEP 3: MIX EGGS AND SUGAR AND CARDAMOM POWDER
 
STEP 4: TAKE CARDAMOM SHELLS AND BOIL TOGETHER WITH MILK.
 
STEP 5: POUR HOT MILK INTO EGG MIXTURE AND WHISK WELL
 
STEP 6: DIP SLICES OF BREAD IN EGG MIXTURE AND PANFRY EACH SIDE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRUSTY
 
STEP 7: RE-DIP SLICES OF BREAD AND REFRY AGAIN UNTIL BROWNED AGAIN
 
STEP 8: SERVE HOT
